DATA ANALYSIS

Our Data Analysis packages come in 2 varieties.
We can add a local SCADA to your machine and have local access to historical data. This data can also be logged to your companies SQL server for analysis by our other tools.
We can also connect via a server package to your machines, one server can connect to a number of PLCs thus saving you money on expensive licences.

Our Analysis can be done on the machine, or if you prefer to sit at your desk and view your process data then it's no problem.

We can Analyse production data in many ways. If a recipe system is involved we can show your process data as raw or even against the recipe tolerances.
We can produce custom charts, tables, and reports all exportable into Excel, or do all the analysis in our package so you can view live data immediately.
