For any new systems would we recommend the
Ignition software for your HMI and SCADA.
Ignition can communicate with Siemens and Allan Bradley PLCs and via OPC.
It's unique Screen and Tag licencing makes it great for the smallest machine upto the biggest plant.

If you need your operators to configure the machine locally we can configure many types of HMI. The advantage of a HMI is that they can be quickly replaced by maintanance when they fail.

DATA COLLECTION

If you choose Ignition we would also recommend adding an SQL database, either on the local machine or centrally in your IT department. We can log the plant data and create amazing charts for maintanance and quality purposes.
