If you become a customer, separate personal data (such as contract and billing information) will be collected under the terms of our engagement. That data is covered by this policy where applicable.
Under the UK GDPR we must have a legal basis for processing your personal data. Our basis for handling contact form submissions is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) - specifically, our interest in responding to your enquiry, preparing a quote or proposal, and pursuing a prospective business relationship with you.

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for 6 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which we delete them.
The 6-year period aligns with the limitation period for contract claims under the Limitation Act 1980 (England & Wales) and with our general business and accounting record-keeping practice. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless we have an ongoing legal basis to keep it (for example, because a contract is still being performed or a dispute is live).
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@plcsolutions.net. We will respond within one month (as required by law), and there is usually no fee.
